Postavení Švýcarska v integrující se Evropě

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na postavení Švýcarska v integrující se Evropě. Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu očekávaných efektů při vstupu Švýcarska do Evropské unie. Zaměřuji se také na překážky vstupu do EU a na obsah bilaterálních dohod uzavřených mezi EU a Švýcarskem a jejich přínos pro Švýcarsko.

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole představuji Švýcarsko a jeho integrační předpoklady. Ve druhé kapitole charakterizuji integrační proces. Zabývám se členstvím Švýcarska v ESVO a bilaterálními vztahy s EU. Možné efekty vyplývající z členství Švýcarska v EU definuji ve třetí kapitole. Také zde zmiňuji svůj postoj k budoucnosti Švýcarska v Evropské unii.

The diploma work is focused on the position of Switzerland in integrating Europe. The diploma work is aimed at performing of the expected effects of join Switzerland to the European Union. I deal with the barriers to entry into the EU and the content of bilateral agreements concluded between the EU and Switzerland and their contribution to Switzerland.

The diploma work is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, I introduce Switzerland and its integration condititions. In the second chapter, I characterize the integration process. I deal with membership of Switzerland in EFTA and bilateral relations with the EU. In the thired chapter, I define possible effects arising from the membership of Switzerland in the EU. In this chapter, I mention own position on the future of Switzerland in the EU.
