Možnosti informací pro občany z veřejné správy

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se chci zabývat možnostmi informací pro občany z veřejné správy, jak už sám název napovídá. Zvolené téma úzce souvisí se studiem veřejné ekonomiky a správy. Souvisí tak s problematikou, se kterou jsem se setkala během studia. Cíl práce se bude věnovat shrnutí teoretických východisek v souvislosti s eGovernmentem, možnosti dostupnosti informací z veřejné správy a zároveň vymezení koordinačních projektů, které jsou s informačními systémy úzce spjaty. A prakticky se zaměřím na služby poskytované Czech POINTy na Frýdeckomístecku. A to jak z pohledu kontaktních míst, tak i z pohledu občanů, jak jsou informování a využívají tyto služby.

In this Bachelor thesis I want to deal with the possibilities of information for citizens from the public administration, as the name suggests. The chosen topic is closely related to the study of the public economy and administration. Associated with the issue that I encountered during the study. Design work will be given to a summary of the theoretical background in connection with the eGovernmentem, the availability of information from the public administration and at the same time defining the coordination of projects, which are closely linked with information systems. And I will focus on the services provided by Czech Points on Regional. Both from the perspective of focal points, as well as from the perspective of citizens, as they are for the information and use these services.
