Abstract

JURÁKOVÁ, A.: Apartment building Moravská Ostrava, bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture and Construction, 2020, 49 pages, bachelor thesis supervisor: Doc. Ing. Arch. Jindřich Svatoš. This bachelor thesis deals with the partial documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Moravian Ostrava on the level of a partial project documentation for constructions according to Decree 405/2017 Coll., that changes Decree 499/2006 Coll., construction documentation, as amended by the Decree 62/2013 Coll. As the background for this thesis an architectonic study from Studio Work IV, academic year 2018/2019, and documentation for construction permit from Studio Work V, academic year 2019/2020, have been used. This thesis is divided into two parts – text and drawing documentation. The text documentation consists of the original covering message and of the engineering report of the architectonic-construction part. The drawing documentation has been compiled according to the bachelor thesis assignment, which specializes in Architecture.
