Aplikace vybraných biometrických metod z pohledu fyzické ochrany veřejných vysokých škol

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is concerned with increasing the security of public universities through the use of biometric methods. The first part addresses legal regulations and technical standards relating to these problems. Further there are characteristics of biometric systems. Subsequently is described campus of FBI VŠB – TU Ostrava and the current state of security. The security analysis of object is performed and as result were identified risks. On the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical findings precaution was developed a proposal to increase security. The proposed security focuses on the possibility of using biometric methods
