Mikroregion obcí povodí Stonávky a jeho rozvoj

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na Mikroregion obcí povodí Stonávky a jeho rozvoj. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit aktuální socioekonomickou situaci v Mikroregionu se zaměřením na vybrané problémové oblasti a na základě těchto oblastí navrhnout vhodná opatření vedoucí k rozvoji tohoto území. Dílčím cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit hospodaření Mikroregionu obcí povodí Stonávky v letech 2010–2016. V návaznosti na hospodaření Mikroregionu byla stanovena hypotéza: Rozvoj Mikroregionu obcí povodí Stonávky je z dlouhodobého hlediska závislý na přijatých investičních dotacích, které tvoří ve sledovaném období více jak 50 % všech příjmů rozpočtu Mikroregionu. Pro vypracování diplomové práce je použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, analýzy, syntézy, komparace, abstrakce, dedukce a indukce. Teoretická část práce je stěžejní k pochopení problematiky regionálního rozvoje a spolupráce obcí na úrovni mikroregionu Praktická část je zaměřena na socioekonomickou analýzu Mikroregionu a zhodnocení problémových oblastí v území. K definování jednotlivých problémových oblastí přispěly rozhovory s představiteli členských obcí. Mezi hlavní problémové okruhy v území patří dopravní infrastruktura, bezpečnost, technická infrastruktura, profesní uplatnění a stárnutí obyvatel. Návrhy doporučení vyplývají ze zjištěných problémů, které se v území vyskytují.

The diploma thesis is focused on Stonávka River Basin Microregion and its Development. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current socio-economic situation in the Microregion focusing on selected problem areas and to propose appropriate measures leading to the development of the area. The partial aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the management of the Stonávka River Basin Microregion in 2010-2016. As a consequence of the Microregion's economy, the hypothesis was established: The development of the Stonávka River Basin Microregion is dependent on received investment subsidies, which account for more than 50% of all Microregion budget revenues in the monitored period. For preparation of this thesis is used the method of semi-structured interview, analysis, synthesis, comparation, abstraction, deduction and induction. The theoretical part of the thesis is fundamental to the understanding of the issues of Regional Development and cooperation of municipalities at the Microregion level. The practical part focuses on the socio-economic analysis of the Microregion and the evaluation of problem areas in the area. Talks with representatives of member municipalities contributed to the definition of each problem area. The main problem areas in the area include transport infrastructure, security, technical infrastructure, professional application and aging population. Suggestions for recommendations are based on identified problems that occur in the territory.
