Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the study proposal focusing on the extension of protection of population taking into account the modern threats. The theoretical part defines a summary of modern threats not only in the Czech Republic but also in the world. Moreover, all reports contain statistical outputs which were basis for the processing of this study. The practical part of diploma thesis deals the evaluation of the threats and also deals. The practical part of di-ploma thesis deals with the evaluation with the separate proposal on extension of protection of population in the context of modern threats.
