Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Theme of the bachelor’s work is remuneration and employee motivation in a selected organization. The aim of the work is valorize an actual situation of the remuneration and employee motivation in a selected organization and suggest the recommendations to improve. In teoretic part there is written motivation of human behavior, employee remuneration and the other terms related with it. In a practical part is concisely characterized the selected organization at first. Next it was done an analyse of the actual condition of the motivation and remuneration in the selected organization. Thanks the survey it was found the employee satisfaction out and than it was recommended to the company sugestions to improve.
