Územní studie lokality Nové Dvory ve Frýdku-Místku

Abstract

Hlavní náplní této bakalářské práce je vypracování variantních návrhů zástavby vybrané lokality Nové Dvory ve Frýdku-Místku pro účely individuálního bydlení. Práce je provedena v rozsahu územní studie a obsahuje dvě varianty architektonicko-urbanistické koncepce. Přičemž jedna varianta je dále rozpracována o podrobnější řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Při návrhu jsou zohledněny požadavky na správné umístění stavby, dále nároky na celkové začlenění výstavby do okolního prostředí a úprava zeleně. Výsledek této práce je sloučení určitých zásad a požadavků na výstavbu společně s estetickým hlediskem. Při sjednocení těchto nároků bude zajištěno atraktivní využití území.

The main content of this bachelor thesis is development of variant plans of estate in chosen locality Nové Dvory in Frýdek - Místek for the purpose of individual housing. The thesis is executed in the extent of the spatial study and contains two variants of architectural and urban conception. One variant is elaborated on more detailed solution of transportational and technical infrastructure. Requiremets for correct situation of a building are taken account in the concept and also requiremets for total integration of construction into the surroundings and arrangement of the green, too. The result of my bachelor thesis is a synthesis of certain principles and requirements for the construction together with the aesthetic aspect. It will be guaranteed an attractive land use when the requirements are unified.
