Abstract

The aim of the study is to evaluate the overall development of the financial situation of the company TVARSTAV-REAL, ltd for the last four years and to propose recommendations that should lead to improved financial health of the company. As the solutions were used method of financial analysis. This is a horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indexes, value and bankruptcy models. For the industry analysis, the spider analysis was used. By the financial analysis has been identified poor financial situation of the company. Identified weaknesses in the company and suggested necessary measures to improve the financial situation of the company. It can be said that without the implementation of corrective actions, the company threatened bankruptcy.
