Implementace základních operací robotického ramene Kuka pro podporu výuky

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with six-axis Kuka robots. The thesis is intended as a support for the newly emerging subject Programming of Industrial Robots of the University of VŠB-TUO for the field of control and information systems of students of the last semester of bachelor's study. More specifically, it works with the six-axis robotic arm of the Kuka Agilus KR3 R540 brand, which is located in the CPIT TL3 laboratory, also referred to as the "Smart Factory". Demonstration tasks serving as the content of exercises are designed and implemented here. Documentation in the form of MS Word, videos and sample programs is created for all tasks. In the tasks, students will encounter a wide range from basic work with a smartPad to the creation of a digital twin in the Kuka Sim pro environment. The subject is already taught and the last chapter of functional verification includes student feedback and opportunities for future development.
