Software pro analýzu ověření algoritmu výpočtu dávky v plánovacím systému

Abstract

This application thesis deals with the development of software for the analysis of the verification of the dose calculation algorithm in the planning system Eclipse (Varian Medical Systems) and is based on the requirements of the Oncology Department of the Hospital České Budějovice, a.s. According to the recommendations of the State Office for Nuclear Safety, the functions and features of the planning system should be checked at regular intervals. The thesis analyses the methods of comparison of dose distributions. In the developed GamComp software, the gamma analysis method is applied for the purpose of batch distribution comparison. The software tool has been developed in MATLAB programming environment. The design and development of the software with a graphical user interface is described in the paper. The developed software is tested on clinical data and will be incorporated into the management system as part of the operational stability tests (annual test).
