Centrum volného času v Ostravě

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění staveb centra volného času v Ostravě. Jedná se o novostavbu občanské vybavenosti. Tato stavba je navržená jako samostatně stojící budova v Ostravě-Porubě, katastrálním území Poruba na parcele č. 2015/2. Jedná se o podsklepený objekt, včetně třech nadzemních podlažích. Objekt je řešený jako prefabrikovaný železobetonový skelet s výplňovým zdivem. Je zastřešen plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. V suterénu se nacházejí podzemní garáže a technické zázemí objektu včetně sociálního zařízení personálu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází posilovna, občerstvení, sociální zařízení personálu i návštěvníků, úklidová místnost, recepce a sklady. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí klubovny, sociální zařízení personálu a návštěvníků, úklidová místnost a sklady. V posledním nadzemním podlaží se nachází galerie, sociální zařízení personálu a návštěvníků, denní místnost, úklidová místnost a kanceláře. Dále je součástí diplomové práce také tepelně-technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet jednoho zvoleného konstrukčního prvku v závislosti na celkovém konstrukčním řešení budovy – železobetonový průvlak.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to work out project documentation for the construction of a leisure center in Ostrava. This is a new construction of civic amenities. The building is designes as a free-standing building in Ostrava-Poruba in the cadastral area of Poruba on plot no. 2015/2. It is a basement builiding, including above-ground floors. The builiding is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with infill masonry. In the basement there are underground garages and the technical facilities of the building, including the sanitary facilities of the staff. On the first above-ground floor there is a gym, refreshments, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a cleaning room, reception and warehouses. On the second above-ground floor there are club rooms, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a cleaning room and warehouses. On the top floor there is a gallery, sanitary facilities for staff and visitors, a day room, a cleaning room and offices. In addition, the diploma thesis also includes a thermal-technical assessment of peripheral structures, the energy label of the building envelope and a static calculation of one selected structural element depending on the overall structural solution of the building – a reinforced concrete beam.
