Abstract

The aim of the thesis on "Evaluation of Company´s Performance" is to evaluate business performance. Evaluated enterprise is engaged in pumping, treatment and sale of mineral water. The theoretical part describes in the methods and analysis needed to evaluate business performance. Macroenvironment company is evaluated using the PESTE analysis and to find the nearest surroundings of the company is used Porter's five forces analysis. The work also explained the method of Balanced Scorecard and its four perspectives. Part of the financial perspective is the financial analysis. Last used SWOT analysis is an analysis that summarizes the identified factors affecting business performance. In the practical part of the work are based on information found on company compiled the above analysis and methods. They identified specific factors affecting business performance is evaluated the performance of a particular company and in the end are proposed specific measures and recommendations to enhance the performance by the enterprise.
