Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of Repharm a.s. and on the basis of this findings a submission of proposals and recommendations to improve the performance of the company and its future development. The PESTLE and Porter model of five forces are the key methods used to perform external analysis. Analysis of internal resources and financial analysis is used for internal analysis. The SWOT analysis is used for the final synthesis of the findings obtained from the methods performed.
