Měření spokojenosti studentů se službami v areálu vysokoškolských kolejí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti studentů se službami v areálu vysokoškolských kolejí v Ostravě-Porubě.

V teoretické části je rozebrána teorie marketingu služeb, spokojenosti zákazníka a charakteristika služeb v areálu. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum. Z následné analýzy jsou vyvozeny doporučení ke zvýšení spokojenosti se službami.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of student satisfaction with campus services in Ostrava-Poruba.

In the theoretical part a theory of services marketing, satisfaction of customer and campus services characteristic are analyzed. In the practical part a survey was made. Recommendations for increasing campus services satisfaction are inferred from the subsequent analysis.
