Abstract
The work is focused on problems of stock records and stock accounting in wholesale. The first part deals with general definition of reserves – notions, assessing of reserves and stocktaking. In the second part stock accounting is described with concentration on goods, accounting of rectifying items and stocktaking differences. The practical part is centred on particular toy store and the problems of reserves are applied on this company with stress on practical examples of accounting and possible solutions of activities connected with keeping store records.
