Analýza prostorových charakteristik distribuce nových pracovních míst v České republice

Abstract

Employment market is influenced by a lot of factors. Except economic state policy, the main determiner is labour force bearing relation with labour supply and demand. Daily information about new vacancies is freely available at information portal of Department of Labour and Social Security. Since the beginning of 2008, these data have been downloaded and subsequently saved into a database which has been continually actualized. A part of the thesis is adjusting the structure of the already created database and transformation of XML documents by the help of transformation pattern into MS SQL 2008 database. The main aim is analyzation and data evaluation concerning the grow of vacancies in the Czech Republic. The outcomes are charts, graphs and map sinks recording dynamism of these changes. The thesis evaluates the quantity and quality of the vacancies offered. It points out significant differences in employment market trends between regions and it records the beginning and development of Czech finance crisis and its impact on unemployment.
