Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the development of project documentation for construction "Restaurant in the Quarry" located in Stramberk - Kotouc Quarry. The basis for the preparation of this documentation was urban study in subject Studio III. in collaboration with David Štverka, architectural studies in Studio Creation IV. and documentation for building permits processed in Studio Creation V. The restaurant is located in a newly designed botanical complex called New World and is used for dining, relaxation and for this international center's visitors' recreation. Center is primarily focused on understanding to the botanical world. The restaurant and its designed shape and location is the result of urban design, whose intention was to design a building that meets the requirements of a large botanical complex and fits into the surrounding environment.
