This is one of basic operations for using mineral riches save and useful. Some mineral riches of Slovak Republic are making by reserve minerals and free minerals. Slovak legislative department has been decided, that it is very important for national direction, because mineral riches belong to the Slovak Republic. Some others free minerals are part of an area, where situated. This means, that the keeper of field owns free mineral deposit on that area as well. It is needed to follow strict rules of mining minerals, business using and careful working on the fields. We are talking about health and safety policy and environmental law of course. Mining law regulates all this kind of stuff. But how the time goes it is essential to be resumed, because the current Mining law in Slovak Republic has been accepted in 1988. And it has been valued from the first of January 1989. That is the main reason why some parts of Mining law have to be rebuilt. It depends from some social and political changes after “ Tender Revolution “ in 1989. The Czechoslovakia stopped to be under the communist regime and Slovak Republic has been state divided from Czechoslovakia in 1993. Some new factors and standards came from EU after Slovak Republic has been entered to the company of other European states.
