Detekce komunit v redukovaných sítích

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to explore the possibilities of network reduction, specifically using the metric backbone method. This method fully preserves the shortest paths between vertices while removing weak and redundant edges. The thesis describes three community detection techniques for complex networks, identifying internal connections between vertices. Experimental analyses were conducted utilizing these methods, and the resulting data were subsequently compared and visualized.
