Abstract

The theme of this thesis is Elaboration of Test Instructions for The Release of The Design Automotive Headlights into Production. The aim is to analyze the state of test instructions for electro - optical tests in the organization and describe the process of creation and content of related document. These findings apply to a specific project. In the theoretical part, there are described the quality management and its main activities, concepts of quality management systems, requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2016, and the state regulations. In this part, there are also defined automotive electronics, optics and physical properties of light. In the practical part, there are described issues of test instructions, defined electro - optical tests including the related document, proposed method of creation, and content of test instructions. The last part of this thesis contains elaborated document of test instructions for a specific project in the organization.
