Abstract

Financial analysis is an important part of the system of corporate governance. The aim of this bachelor thesisk is assessing the financial situation of the company Sateza from 2003 to 2009 using financial ratios and profitability ratios pyramid decomposition equity. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of financial analysis. The second chapter presents the selected company, including horizontal and vertical analysis of returns for the years 2003-2009. The third chapter focuses on the quantification of ratios and pyramid decomposition of return on equity. In conclusion is evaluated their financial situation of Sateza a.s.
