Analýza dostupnosti bydlení ve vybraném městě

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis on " The Housing Affordability Analysis in the Selected City " is devoted to housing affordability of selected populations. In the theoretical part, I first define the basic concepts that relate to the housing issue. I specify the concept of housing and above all its characteristics and basic forms. Because in my work I monitor the apartment market, in the theoretical part I focused on monitoring the market in the rental of apartments in the selected city of Sumperk. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis, I analyse the availability of private apartments and city apartments, according to selected population groups. I have selected the most common types of families (a family of four, a family of two and a senior household) in the Czech Republic and I compare their income with the rents of flats, which I found in my analysis. Each family can only afford to pay rent on some apartments, so that every month they do not have financial problems. Research has shown that a family of two will be best off financially and can rent an apartment of any size.
