Abstract
This master thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of a city hospital. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts that are related to strategy, strategic management and methods of strategic analysis. The next chapter is dedicated to the characteristic of the chosen company. Strategic analysis was performed using PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the work, three strategies are proposed based on the outputs of the strategic analysis.
