Hospodaření cyklistického klubu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on profit cycling club. The first part is devoted to the sport in general, its history and the opinion of experts. In addition, zoom in cycling, I will explain the concept of a non-profit organization and financing deal with forms of sport. In the practical part will introduce a cycling club Team Forman Cinelli. I will discuss sources of funding for the club, the size of the budget for each year of the team, and other expenditure items. I will focus on 2012 and off their season on the basis of information obtained appraise whether the club is financially able to secure this season. In the fourth chapter, I conducted a SWOT analysis of the club, summarized all the relevant information and made important recommendations for maintaining and developing the club. The whole work may serve as an inspiration and insight for managers of other cycling clubs. It can also inform the general public, as a similar type clubs now funded, what types of expenses clubs greatest burden, what should a cycling club for its members to ensure etc.
