Abstract

In my thesis deals with the ways of solving bankruptcy a legal person under the bankruptcy law in the Czech Republic –The Act of bankruptcy, No 182/2006 Coll. These are the new law, which should record significant changes in bankruptcy law. In the text are then listed specific ways of addressing the decline of the legal person - bankruptcy and reorganization. The more widely is oriented to the reorganization of a legal person, as a new rehabilitation approach. I do not forget, neither on bankruptcy which are not fundamentally different from previous legislation. In notes is set brief statistical overview of the bankruptcy and reorganization.
