Abstract

The assignment of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for establishment of a café. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the basic concepts such as entrepreneur, business and enterprise. The business risk and the individual parts of the business plan will be clarified, along with the principles, reasons and structure for drawing up the business plan. The practical part uses PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and marketing mix. Subsequently, a financial plan is drawn up, which includes an opening balance sheet, a profit and loss account and cash flow. The result of the work is an evaluation of the results, recommendations for the enterprise, a summary of the main findings and an evaluation of whether the business plan is feasible.
