Návrh opatření vedoucích ke snížení deficitu veřejného zdravotního pojištění

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financing system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic and to propose measures to reduce or prevention increasing the deficit of the public health insurance. Evaluation of health financing is made on the basis of description and comparison of the current state of public health insurance system in the Czech Republic. The key method is regression analysis. Deficit of public health insurance system can be reduce through an increase in payment for the insured, for which the state pays the premium, further increase patients' participation in the financing of health care, the implementation of quality economic policy and ensuring a low unemployment rate. As an unsuitable tool for increasing income health insurance system is increase the rate for payment of health insurance.
