Výkonové normy pro plánování zdrojů při řešení krizových situací

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop a proposal of performance standards for the deployment of personnel and equipment in the planning of resources for emergency responses in the form of a catalogue as an information support for crisis management with a focus on special equipment used by the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. This mainly includes earthmoving machinery and transport trucks for the elimination of the consequences of large-scale natural disasters, restoration of the territory and its return to the socially viable value as before the emergency. A significant amount of special equipment is required for these types of events. The draft catalogue addresses equipment performance and fuel consumption for the demolition of buildings, debris removal in the affected area, transportation, basic sorting by waste type and disposal in temporary landfills.
