Vliv vlhkosti na fyzikálně mechanické vlastnosti historických zdících materiálů

Abstract

Vady a poruchy vlivem vlhkosti jsou v současnosti stále aktuálním problémem u mnoha historických staveb. Hlavním konstrukčním prvkem těchto staveb jsou cihly, které podléhají degradačním procesům vlivem vlhkosti a statického namáhání. Cílem práce je identifikovat a porovnat fyzikálně mechanické vlastnosti vybraných cihelných prvků, vystavených rozdílným teplotním a vlhkostním vlivům. Teoretická část se zabývá vlastnostmi zdících prvků a působení vlhkosti na konstrukce, včetně identifikace vybraných vad a poruch. Experimentální část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení vlastnosti zdících prvků, pomocí praktických zkoušek IN SITU a laboratorních měření u vybraného historického objektu Löw-Beerovy vily v Brně.

Defects and faults are still quite important issues when dealing with historical buildings nowadays. The main structural elements of theese are bricks which are subjects to degradation processes due to moisture and static stress. The goal of this thesis is to identify and compare the physical and mechanical properties of selected elements of brick exposed to different temperature and humidity conditions. Theoretical part is concerned with features of masonry units and effects of moisture on the structure including the identification of selected defects and faults. The focus of experimental part is evaluation of the properties of masonry units, using practical tests IN SITU and laboratory measurements of selected historical building Löw-Beer Villa in Brno.
