Erozní činnost vybraných malých povodí oblasti Litoměřicka

Abstract

The work is aimed to monitor accelerated erosion activity in selected small river basins in the Litoměřice region and to assess whether anti-erosion measures implemented in the past are still functional and efficient. The theoretical part of the work deals with erosion, its consequences and provides a survey of methods for prevention or minimization of accelerated erosion. In the practical part of the work, two geomorphologically distinct river basins where the accelerated erosion occurred in the past were studied. In the conclusions of the thesis, the status of both studied regions is assessed from the point of view of erosion activities and anti-erosion protection.
