Abstract
This thesis deals with the issues regarding to employment of disabled persons. Other aspects linked to these issues are yet being outlined. In particular, this work defines the changes that have occurred in various areas of law in a relation to the employment of persons with disabilities. In addition, it analyses the labor market in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
