Abstract

The thesis "Logistic Processes of the Czech Railways, plc." provides an analysis of the activities within the process of spare parts provisioning at the Czech Railways, plc. The first part of the work introduces findings in the area of supplying logistics. The current situation of the process of a provisioning of the spare parts in the company is then analyzed using these findings. An analysis of the current situation forms then a basis for recommendations of an optimalization of the supplying processes of the Czech Railways, plc.
