Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the provision of employee benefits in a selected business company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the existing employee benefits and to propose a new system of benefits based on a questionnaire survey among the company's employees. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of employee benefits, further analyses selected types of benefits, legal aspects of employee benefits in the Czech Republic, with regard to the current legislation. The last part summarizes the changes in the field of employee benefits as a result of the government consolidation package, which came into force in January 2024. The practical part includes the characteristics of the selected company and a questionnaire survey among its employees. Based on the results of this survey, recommendations for improving the provision of employee benefits are formulated. The methods of description, deduction, synthesis and questioning were used to achieve the objectives of the thesis. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results obtained and their evaluation in terms of meeting the objectives.
