Abstract
The bachelor thesis analyses selected mortgage loans in the Czech banking market. Theoretic part is applied to general characteristics of mortgages and furthermore describes the mortgages crisis in the USA and its impact on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. Practical part analyses selected mortgage loans by means of the method decision analysis.
