Analýza zdrojů financování reálné investice

Abstract

The target of this bachelor thesis is optimal resource financing of the real investment analysis and selection, while using the present value of costs and tax saving method. There is evaluating of own resources, bank loan and financial leasing in the thesis. First theoretical chapter is focused on resources financial. There is resources specification, each with detailed characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Next chapter contains criteria description, according to it is possible to evaluate resources financial, and also contains some methods, which are used for resources financials evaluation. In the last chapter there is a project introduce at first. Next there is a present value costs calculation for each resource financial. At last there is sequence of resources financial. Financial leasing was found to be the optimal resource financial for the Liebherr mobile crane which costs 10 mil. CZK.
