Příjem kontaminovaných osob do Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava

Abstract

Příjem kontaminovaných osob do nemocnice je mimořádná událost. Práce s infekčním pacientem je velmi riziková. Péče o kontaminovaného pacienta není pouze záležitostí nemocnice a zdravotnického personálu. Zahrnuje spolupráce více složek, především složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Bariérový ošetřovatelský postup a bariérový postup spolupracujících složek při manipulaci s kontaminovaným pacientem je náročný a nezbytný. V první části se práce zabývá příjmem pacienta s vysoce nakažlivou nemocí, úrovní připravenosti ČR a schopností Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava řešit události tohoto druhu. V druhé části práce pojednává o zvláštnostech při příjmu chemicky kontaminovaného pacienta a spolupráci zasahujících složek. Popisuje také rizika pro zasahující a postup při příjmu. V závěru je hodnocen současný stav připravenosti a jsou navrhována nápravná opatření.

A reception of contaminated people into the hospital is a special occasion. A work with infected patient is highly hazardous. The care of contaminated patient is not only a matter of the hospital and medical staff. A coordination of more units is included, especially those from the integrated rescue system. A barrier nursing procedure of coordinating units while manipulating with contaminated patient is very complicated and necessary. In the first part of the thesis, the work deals with a reception of the patient infected with a highly contagious disease. The thesis also deals with a level of readiness to tackle the issues of reception of infected contagious patients in the Czech Republic and also in the University Hospital in Ostrava. The second part of the thesis is focused on specialities during the reception of chemically contaminated patient and also on coordination of interacting units. The work presents also risks for the rescue team and following procedure during the reception. In the conclusion of the thesis, the present state is evaluated there and there are also corrective measures proposed.
