Abstract

This thesis is dedicated to marketing research in the field of short-term non-bank loans and is stylized into seven parts. The first part is an introduction, the second part describes the theoretical marketing research. The third part describes the various companies that were selected for marketing research and there is also characteristic of the basic concepts that should everyone who applies for a loan know. In the fourth part is an analysis of individual companies, there are also advantages and disadvantages for consumers. The fifth part is the marketing research. There are graphs made from an answers and a summary is added. Proposals and recommendations are contained in the sixth and the last part is the conclusion.
