Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the possibilities for the development of a selected wine shop, based on a strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The theoretical part defines the concepts related to strategy, strategic management, and strategic analysis of the company environment, along with the various methods that are used in the practical part. Subsequently, the obtained results are evaluated, and certain recommendations are proposed. In the end, there is a discussion about the processing of this work.
