Výdaje státního rozpočtu v době pandemie Covid-19

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to use the analysis of data series to describe the change in state budget expenditures during the Covid-19 pandemic. The work uses data from the period 2017–2021. The values of the final state budget accounts were used for the analysis. The determined values were sorted into data series and subjected to mutual comparison. The change in state budget expenditures was determined by comparing individual budget chapters with the overall year-on-year growth in state budget expenditures. By means of observation and description, the data series and their absolute increments were described, and extraordinary increments on the expenditure side were detected through the year-on-year growth rate.
