Hodnocení způsobilosti procesů v organizaci z oblasti chemického průmyslu

Abstract

The major aim of this thesis is to analyze capability of a selected process in the chemical supply production in a company Bochemie plc. The theoretical part examines the issue of process capability evaluation. Subsequently, it introduces the characteristics of the Bochemie plc. and analyses its current situation of process capability evaluation. The practical part focuses on actual evaluation of process capability by semantic parameters. The analysis is carried out by using basic tools of quality management combined with efficient use of appropriate statistical methods. In the closing part, on the basis of the ascertained results, the appropriate measures, which are able to resolve and improve the process capability evaluation, are proposed.
