Abstract
In my final thesis I deal with a proposal of "The Design of Marketing Communication for Pizzeria". The target was to make analysis of existing marketing communication of a company, to find out opinions of respondents; try to suggest the boss some new ideas how to improve quality of their marketing communication based on acquired datas from the respondents.
In my theoretical part I describe the service, its quality, marketing communication, the process of communication, communication mix and trends in marketing communication. The next part is devoted to characterization of the market of the pizzeria Da Claudio and to the methodology of research.
In the pactical part I focus on evaluation of my on-line research and also the research in form of personal questioning. Based on acquired datas I make analysis of contemporary marketing communication. Then I make suggestions and recommendations which can be useful for the pizzeria in the future.
