Abstract

This diploma thesis was written on the topic "Development Training Program for Employees with Potential". The main objective of this thesis was set up a development education program for employees with potential. The partial objectives were to quantify the costs of the development education program, the costs of recruiting and training of a new employee, and subsequently assessing whether it is more profitable for the company to hire outside professionals or work with potential within the company. The first part of the thesis summarizes the basic theoretical knowledge about the given issue, obtained from prifessional literature. The practical part is devoted to set up of a development education program for employees with potential, the costs of this development program and the costs related to the recruitment of a new employee. Based on the analyzes, the recommendation to the company was to continue with the program and to educate its own experts. Other proposed recommendations were related to the optimization of the development education program.
