Polybromované difenylethery ve vzorcích domácího prachu

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with determination of PBDE in household dust samples by the method of GC/MS/MS using a triple quadrupole analyzer. Theoretical part focuses on polybrominated diphenylethers in the environment, their negative effects on organisms and human beings and their power to cross between food chain. The main aim of this thesis was to determine PBDE contents in twenty samples of household dusts and to compare achieved results with results in published studies and to assess the concentrations in terms of household equipment age.
