Abstract

The diploma thesis on the topic "Evaluation of the performance of the selected company and the proposal of a strategic investment plan" deals with the issue of evaluating the performance of the selected company and strategic investment. In the introduction to the theoretical part of the thesis, the methods and approaches used to measure business performance are mentioned. Non-financial and financial performance indicators are also listed, along with modern performance indicators including benchmarks. The theoretical part is devoted to the strategic analysis of the company, in which the strategic management of the company, including investment management, as well as the analysis of the external and internal environment is explained. The practical part is dedicated to the characteristics of the selected company, the analysis of its external and internal environment. The conclusion summarizes the findings about the company. Inputs and outputs are evaluated, including a proposal for improvement.
