Analýza rozhodovacího procesu studentů na trhu zahraničních pracovních pobytů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was described decision-making process of international collage students Generation Y from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania, who participated International Practical Placements, specifically Summer Work Travel Program in United States of America. In the theoretic part of the work is described theoretical analysis of decision-making process and characteristic the Summer Work Travel Program. In the practical part is described the methodology of data collection, analysis of research result and proposals and recommendation. Data were obtained by electronic questioning by questionnaire. Respondents of sample were reached by social network. The data collected were described Summer Work Travel decision-making process. There were mainly determined differences between respondents from different countries and between clusters, which arose by cluster analysis.
