Podnikatelský záměr na rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti o opravy kovoobráběcích strojů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on foundation of a business intention, and the creation of a business plan to realize this intention. First part is focused on the basics of the business intention, and on individual parts of a business plan, which is the expression of said intention. Closer focus is given to the parts which are neccesary to form a business plan for innovation within an existing company. The goals of this bachelor's thesis is to form a specific business intention and a create a respective business plan for the company of F.M.T. Group, s.r.o. The theme of this business intention is a development of repair workshop for used metalworking machinery.
