Abstract
This Bachelor theses is focused on comparison of selected ways of housing funding. Aim of the work is to analyze a building savings and a mortgage loan and consequently to find optimal a variant of client housing funding according to selected methodology. There are characteristics of a building savings and a mortgage loan at the theoretical part of the work. The practical part is focused on a comparison of concrete offers of loans.
