Zhodnocení marketingové komunikace obce

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of marketing communication in the municipality of Jeseník nad Odrou. The main aim of the work is to evaluate if citizens of the village are satisfied with the selected communication channels and thematic contents of the provided information. The hypotheses are not only determined but also evaluated. The data are analyzed through quantitative research, electronic inquiries. The results reveal that that general awareness in the village is not provided of the highest quality. As for the evaluation of communication channels, low attendance of the municipality website can be caused by out-of-date information. Attendance of Facebook pages is relatively high and the reason can be more than better evaluation of up-to-date information. The graphic design of posts is considered to be the worst. The journal is read by ¾ respondents and it has the lowest-rated design. The respondents are the most satisfied with information concerning sports and technical activities. The specific proposals are made to improve the process of providing information and citizens´ satisfaction with communication of the municipality.
