Abstract
The aim of this work is carried out using selected methods of financial analysis firm Hutní montáže, a. s. , as of 31.12.2010.
The methodological section contains a comprehensive description of selected methods for the analysis of the financial health of the company, next was chosen one method for determining the value of the company, according to which the company was awarded.
The practical part contains the results, charts and commentary.
In the part: proposals and recommendations is a comprehensive assessment of the company.
In conclusion there is a summary.
As mentioned above, for my thesis I chose a firm Hutní montáže, a. s. (HM), which is a member of VITKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP
The choice of the above companies was based on comprehensive, readily available data, which are regularly published on the Internet. This company in the last five years has undergone quite an interesting period - exposure to financial groups, owners change, the crisis erupted, post-crisis period - the period extends to the years 2005-2009. Given these factors, I believe it will be very interesting to compare the financial health of the company in various life stages.
